Ordering and delivery
What does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Free on orders of ₹1,999 and above, otherwise a flat ₹79 anywhere in India. We pack within 1–2 business days in Jaipur and transit runs 3-8 business days — 3–5 working days to a metro, 5–8 working days further out. Door to door, plan for 4 to 10 business days.
How can I pay?
UPI in advance, or Cash on Delivery. Cards are not accepted — no credit card payments, no debit card payments, and no PayPal.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is emailed and texted to you on the day of dispatch. Courier scans can lag a day, especially over a weekend.
Returns and problems
Can I return something I have changed my mind about?
Yes, within 10 days of delivery, provided it is unused and still in its original packaging with the invoice. Full conditions are on the Refund and Returns Policy page.
What if it arrives broken or does not work?
Film the unboxing, then tell us within 48 hours. We replace it or refund it in full and we pay the return shipping. To be clear about what that is: a replacement route for an item that arrived damaged or dead, not a six-month or manufacturer warranty, and we do not claim to offer one.
Steel, dishwashers and keeping an edge
Can I put these in the dishwasher?
Check the line on each product page — we run a real cycle rather than repeat the box. As a rule, one-piece stainless is fine, anything with a wooden handle is not, and non-stick coatings last far longer washed by hand whatever the label permits.
Why has my stainless tool spotted with rust?
Stainless resists rust, it does not refuse it. Spots come from salt left on the surface, from sitting wet in a drawer, or from contact with a rusting pan. Dry it and the marks usually lift with a paste of bicarbonate.
How do I keep a peeler or a zester sharp?
You largely cannot — these are hardened thin edges not meant to be re-ground, and trying to sharpen one ruins the geometry. They are consumable over a few years. What extends the life is keeping them out of a drawer where they knock against other steel.
Is this suitable for a non-stick pan?
Only where the listing says so. Anything with a steel edge will mark a non-stick surface even used carefully, and once the coating is scored it lifts. Where a tool is nylon or silicone-tipped for this reason, the page says which.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
No — we are online only, with no walk-in counter. Everything is packed and dispatched from our Jaipur, Rajasthan workspace, and we answer during Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
